McDonald in Brossard

This is your typical Mcdonald's except it's at Dix-30. There's nothing really special about this restaurant except they have managed to improve their customer service from the last time I went here.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a BLT (bacon, lettuce, tomato) bagel. Got to my destination, opened the bagel only to find a single slice of bacon and lettuce. Went back and was told that they didn’t have tomatoes. Would’ve been nice if they could’ve told me this at the window instead of trying to trick me by not saying a thing. It’s a three-ingredient sandwich. I expect those three ingredients. If you don’t have something, that’s totally fine and I will order something else. Let’s also talk about the single slice of bacon. One? I’ve worked at McDonald’s and no way is that the standard. Basically, just don’t make me lose both time and money for a mediocre experience. Save us both the trouble by telling me right away. Missing ingredients happens. I’ll choose something else.

Sat for ten minutes at one drive thru speaker while cars went through the other. It took them that long to realize. Not good.

Breakfast is good.

Good services clean washroom and friendly staff. I went there a few time already and it was a good experience. It can get really busy on the rush hours maybe they need to put someone at the self payment machine to help people because a lot of older generation having really hard time with them and they are the majority of the clientele there.

Slow service in all Mcdonalds but this one is exceptionally bad. The drive through gets priority over counter orders and there is only one person to serve you during rush hour.

Better McDonald than the one on Blvd Taschereau next to the library

0 clients, only ordered a coffee and it's taking so long... I cant believe it. Its ridiculous!

First of all, the coke doesn’t taste like regular coke at all! They added so much ice that I couldn’t even taste the flavor. The bigMac though, was fine, just as regular. Therefore, I rate this McDonald’s a 3 out of 5 review.

Orders are accurate , somewhat slow considering its fast food but at least they have employees , unlike the tims thats closed across the street because of low staff.

Basically every mcdonalds you've ever been to. The food was very hot when we received it, but they didn't make it clear which window you're supposed to wait at in the drive thru. Just put a sign in the first window, problem solved!

Drive thru workers are very slow and inaudible when ordering.

(Drive-Thru) Relatively fast service considering there was a high volume of cars when I went.Friendly service. A little tight for cars in the drive-thru "corridor" when turning to get into the final position for the order pick up, so large pick-ups etc BEWARE 😉.

Service is slower than most McDonald’s locations but food is good, served hot and the restaurant is very clean.

worst mcdonalds ever! over staffs but they are way too busy talking to each other instead of serving the customers! dirty tables and dirty washroom! the pastries were empty! a mistake going to this location!

The place has a nice vibe to it, but could be cleaner.A lot of people at around 9 which make the service slow.

There is no one in the cashier or even in the floor to take orders. I asked an employee to take my order as I'm super busy, but she answered me back in a bad way "manners". Plus, the floor is super dirty fortunately. Moreover, the employee did not take my order seriously as she forgot the honey, the milk and the cream!

I've been to this place many times and never had any trouble with the service, my orders or the cleanliness. This place is your average McDonald's.

There was almost nobody there and it took a long long time

Very poor service, orders are always mixed up, or missing, and you report it, they treat as if you are the who made a mistake. Tabarnak.

The wraps could be done better

Terrible service. Took them 30 minutes for a mobile I made 15 minutes prior of me showing up. The order took place at 5:30 am got to the restaurant at 5:45. (Nobody in line) left at 6:05. Terrible morning service. Just awful

Service slow as hell, always mess up your order so make sure to double check while you're there, and again, slowest service ever. If you dont want to go through all this trouble, cook your own meal. Also super small parking lot and tiny tiny drive thru, not very suitable for big cars.

Was super dirty, nobody desinfected the tables...

Came here 2 days in a row. Messed up simple orders. Waited for at least 30mins for 6 Mcflurrys. Never go here. Ever.

Major lack of people at night. The 2 boys did their best to serve inside and outside line up. Admin should review their staffing Friday night!

A dirty McDonald's, badly managed. On the way in I found the washroom a mess (wet toilet paper in the urinals, bloody toilet paper on the ground, floor a bit puddled) and with no soap, which I reported to the staff who were not too busy. After we finished our supper, maybe 20 minutes later we checked again and there was still no soap. Bathroom still a pig sty. So.... No soap for me to wash my hands. Hey... What did the people who prepared my food use? Bah.Ah, but what about the food? As my wife said, it had the feel of a place that is about to close. Salad container half full, and with wilted lettuce. Fries a bit dried out. Burger hastily built, condiments not spread out, just plopped dead center. As well, there was something wrong with the water today. They were only serving coffee, no water, no milk, no pop, no shakes.I can't choose zero stars, so I choose one! A rare absolute screw up for a normally reliable chain.

Not having a great experience. The chicken nuggets are less than warm. Also they didn't even clear out the garbage.

Waited 20mins after we ordered just to tell us that their ice-cream machine wasn't working. Also got sick eating there!

Very busy and they run out of baked goods all the time..small parking lot. Open 24hrs. Clean. Has a drive through. Can't get breakfast pancakes all day at this one.

Great service but we went there at 22 o'clock because no other restaurant is opened and my father came back from a trip and the food quality was not as usual: half of my 10 nugget trio were cold the other half were hot. Fries were not fresh and of my two cheese burgers one was edible.

Walked over from work, spent seven minutes waiting for someone to notice i wanted to order. Finally had to walk over to mccafe to tell mgr about above. Never apologized. The group of them were more interested in their coworkers screwing around than serving customers. I wont be back.Losers.

Decent but not perfect. Service quality depends, but usually is good. Lines can be long at peak hours. However, customers can also be rude at times.

I went to the car service and I asked and repeated 5 times no tomato’s in my wrap and they still put some! Then I went back and they gave me a chicken and bacon wrap instead of the cesser one! Incredible

Ordered the new quarter pounder with cheese definitely not what they advertised. It definitely tasted like it had been sitting for hours same as the fries.

Adjust your hours if you can't find people to cover shifts. Been bumping into too many locked doors lately.

By no means am I McDonald's fan or a consumer of their food products. This review pertains ONLY to the coffee, which is somewhat more consistently brewed and served as compared to the local Timmy's, where the quality fluctuates unfortunately. Having said that, even though I prefer to brew my own fair-trade organic coffee at home, today - after fajr Salah - I enjoyed my double double (cream and sugar) coffee.This location is new (approaching one year later this year), so it's cleaner than the other McD's in the area. Staff is perkier as well.

McD’s is great but this store is a disaster. Orders are wrong 90% of the time.

Best McDonald's staff ever ! They are so polite and really care for customer experience and their satisfaction , the place also is super clean .there is an amazing elderly lady who walks around asking customers if everything is alright ! Loved it.merci Nicole.
